SUBJECT :  Timeframe for the Completion of Appraisal Report

DATE      :  27 October 2017

This is to advise all bidders for the above procurement that the last paragraph of the Technical Specification (page 67 of the bidding document) is hereby revised as follows:

“The Appraisal Report must be completed within thirty (30) working days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.”

All other provisions and requirements in the Invitation to Bid and Bid Documents not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.

Please be guided accordingly.
